Do you carry commercial insurance and WSIB coverage?
Yes. We carry commercial general liability insurance and maintain WSIB coverage, and we provide certificates before work begins. Most property managers require both on file, so we send them as part of onboarding rather than waiting to be asked.
Can you service multiple properties under one contract?
Yes. Multi-site portfolios are quoted per property but managed under a single agreement and a single invoice schedule, with one contact for all locations. That keeps approvals and reporting simple on your end.
How does commercial billing work?
Seasonal contracts are typically billed in equal monthly instalments across the term; per-event snow service is billed after each qualifying event. Project work such as hardscaping or sod is quoted as a fixed price with a deposit and balance on completion. Net terms are available for established accounts.
Can work be done outside business hours?
In most cases, yes. Maintenance can be scheduled before opening or after close, and larger projects can be staged to keep entrances, parking and accessible routes usable throughout. We plan access and staging with you before the first visit.
