When should I plant in London, Ontario?
Spring (after the May long weekend for tender plants) and early fall are the best windows. Fall planting gives trees and shrubs a head start with warm soil and cool air — often our favourite season for it.
How much mulch do my beds need?
Two to three inches, kept clear of trunks and stems. Annual top-ups of about an inch keep the colour fresh and the weed suppression working.
Can you move an existing tree or shrub?
Often, yes — smaller trees and most shrubs transplant well in spring or fall with a proper root ball and aftercare. We assess realistically and tell you if a move is likely to succeed before disturbing anything.
Do you offer garden design or just labour?
Both. Most projects start with a walk-through and a simple design plan — layout, plant palette and materials — which we then build. You get ideas, not just muscle.
